This license ends when you remove your content or your account is terminated, unless your content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.

Our Property

The Protocol Forge website itself, including all its software, designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other content (excluding your submitted content), belongs to Protocol Forge or our licensors. This material is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Please don't copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or our intellectual property without our explicit written permission.

Playing Nice (Acceptable Use)

We want Protocol Forge to be a productive and respectful environment for everyone. To ensure this, we ask that you adhere to a few simple rules:

  • Respect the Law: Don't use our services to engage in any activity that is illegal or violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  • Respect Others: Don't harass, abuse, threaten, impersonate, or defame other users or staff. Hateful or discriminatory content is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Protocol Forge, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

In no event shall the total liability of Protocol Forge to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to Protocol Forge in the past twelve (12) months, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00), whichever is greater.

When Things Don't Work Out (Termination)

You're free to stop using Protocol Forge at any time. If you wish to close your account, please follow the instructions on our website or contact us.

We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Protocol Forge, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, or if we believe it's necessary to protect the security or integrity of our service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use Protocol Forge will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
