In no event shall the total liability of Protocol Forge to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to Protocol Forge in the past twelve (12) months, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00), whichever is greater.

When Things Don't Work Out (Termination)

You're free to stop using Protocol Forge at any time. If you wish to close your account, please follow the instructions on our website or contact us.

We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Protocol Forge, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, or if we believe it's necessary to protect the security or integrity of our service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use Protocol Forge will immediately cease.
